To help you choose the right size, an accurate Size Guide specific to each product is available in the online shop. It is essential to consult it - you can find it by clicking on the "Size Chart " button inside the product page - and compare the measurements of the garment with your own.
No, for Blauer USA products it is essential to check the Size Chart within the product information sheets because the size is specific to each item. Fits are different, so if you have purchased a size in the past it may not be the same for a new garment.
On the official Blauer USA website, you will find a Size Guide specific to each individual product. It can be consulted by clicking on the "Size Chart" button on the product page: in the Size Chart you will find the specific measurements of the individual garment selected (shoulder width, chest circumference and sleeve, and back length). This way you can be sure of the right size to buy.

For Blauer USA, the topic of sustainability is increasingly central. In Blauer's collections, outerwear is offered using both technical fabrics and eco-friendly and sustainable padding. These include REPREVE, a sustainable fiber made from recycled plastic bottles; SORONA, an eco-sustainable down-effect wadding that offers fit, durability, insulation, and fast drying; and finally CASH LAB, a Made in Italy padding made from 50% recycled cashmere and 50% recycled plastic bottles. Some retailers/shopkeepers, by choice, buy Blauer outerwear without the patch applied, to then leave their end customers the option of sewing it on or wearing the garment without it. Here are a few tips if you have found the patch in the pocket and want to apply it: to sew the patch correctly on the outerwear, first you need to pin it on the sleeve (to fix the position correctly), then you need to partially unbutton the sleeve on the inside and sew the patch on with a normal sewing machine. If the patch on the garment is completely missing (it is usually located in one of the pockets of the jacket), you should contact our offices.
If you have a problem with one of our products, you should contact the retailer/dealer where you purchased it. This is to allow a pre-assessment of the report. The retailer will then contact our offices based on the assessment and if deemed necessary. For purchases made in our online shop, please contact Customer Care.
The Blauer USA product code can be found on the labels inside the garment. It is an alphanumeric code usually placed on the black labels with the washing instructions.
All Blauer USA products have an identification number that guarantees and certifies their authenticity.

To verify the originality of an item, you must locate the number on the white label inside the garment, which is sewn together with the black labels with the washing instructions.

Returns

To return or exchange a product purchased on the Blauer shop, you must complete the online Return Procedure. The right of withdrawal is within 14 working days from receipt of the product.
To make the return or exchange we suggest you use the original packaging - specially prepared - in which you received the product.

If you are a registered user:

- complete the Online Return Procedure by logging into your account and clicking on "My orders". Click on the button "Make a Return" which is next to your order number, and follow the instructions on the screen until the return is correctly registered.
- follow the instructions displayed until the return is correctly registered;
- print the Return Form, and insert it inside the package. On the Return Form, circle your preferred option ("Return", "Refund" etc.).


Non-registered users:

The page with the details of your order will be displayed: click on the "Refund product" button at the top of the page and follow the instructions until your return is correctly registered.

Print the Return Form and put it inside the package.

Please note: Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
To request a product exchange you must first complete the RETURN process in all its steps; in addition, you must circle the "Change Product" option on the Return Form, entering the details of the product you wish to have replaced.
You can make your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and be fully refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return at our warehouse. The timing of the refund varies depending on the method of payment used and specifically:

Credit card: the technical time to obtain the refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card. Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible in about a couple of days. Paypal itself will send a communication stating the refund.
The cost of returning the product to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you choose a method with tracking in order to guarantee the security of your return. The shipping of the new product will be borne by Blauer.
If you have received a product that differs from the one you ordered, please contact Customer Service and we will provide you with an appropriate solution.

Payments

On our e-commerce store, you can use: all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, iDeal. If you experience trouble paying with Credit Card method, we suggest you to try the Paypal method, which accepts different kinds of Credit Cards even if you don't own a Paypal account.
On orders over 300 eur, it's available Klarna which allows you to split purchases into 3 payments without any interest.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna (on orders over 300 eur)

Shipping

This is a charge that varies between countries and unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates. To avoid any unexpected charges we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of potential taxes and/or duties before you order.

The customs clearance process can cause delays to the delivery of your goods and we recommend factoring this in when placing an order. If you wish to dispute any charges we must be informed of this within 14 days of the date of purchase.

All products purchased on Blauerusa.com are shipped by our logistics team in Italy.
The Blauer USA e-shop delivers to customers worldwide. It is important to note that for non-EU countries, the customer will be required to pay extra customs duty according to the taxation system of the destination country.
Below are the delivery times in Italy and Europe:

STANDARD shipping: within 3-4 working days.
EXPRESS shipping: within 2 working days.

Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 4-5 working days (excluding any customs clearance delays). Express delivery is available for most locations. If available, the option is presented at checkout.

Orders

By subscribing to the Blauer Newsletter you will receive a welcome coupon for your first order. Thanks to the subscription, you will be kept up-to-date on special initiatives and private sales.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive:

- a first "Order Confirmation" email with all the details of the products purchased with the order number;
- a second "Shipping Confirmation" email.

In this email you will find the tracking of your order.
