If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.
Only one prepaid label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the order refund.
Below are the instructions for requesting a refund.
If you are a registered user:
- complete the Online Return Procedure by logging into your account and clicking on "My orders". Click on "Make a Return" which is next to your order number and follow the instructions until your return is registered correctly.
- follow the instructions displayed until the return is correctly registered;
- print the Return Form, and insert it inside the package. On the Return Form, circle the option "Refund";
